FlairFly was established in 2026, building on experience gained in private aviation brokerage since 2011.
For more than fifteen years, we have been involved in the organisation of private and charter flights, connecting clients’ requirements with qualified air operators and aircraft available worldwide. Over time, we have developed first-hand knowledge of the private aviation market and the different solutions available for each type of mission.
Throughout the years, we have handled requests for private clients, companies, travel agencies, sports teams and institutional organisations, managing missions with different destinations, requirements and levels of complexity. Every request requires a specific assessment, from selecting the aircraft and operator to verifying availability and the operational aspects associated with the mission.
Our experience in the sector allows us to quickly understand each client’s requirements and identify the most appropriate solutions, including when itineraries, timing or operational requirements call for a more specialised approach.

Every flight request is assessed according to the mission to be arranged. We do not propose a standard solution; we analyse the specific requirements of the journey to identify the most suitable aircraft and operator among the available options.
Departure and destination, number of passengers, luggage, timings, available airports and heliports, and operational requirements are among the elements considered before preparing a proposal. Where necessary, alternative solutions are also evaluated to identify the combination that best meets the requirements of the mission.
Our experience in aviation brokerage allows us to work with an international network of operators and assess the solutions available in the market according to the specific characteristics of each request. This approach is particularly important when the destination, schedule or operational conditions require more detailed planning.
The advantage for the client is having a single point of contact for a request that, behind the scenes, may involve air operators, crew, airports, handling providers and permits. The client does not need to coordinate each element of the mission separately: we manage the communication between the parties involved.

How We Select Aircraft and Operators
The safety and reliability of a mission begin with the selection of the aircraft and operator. As an independent aviation broker, FlairFly evaluates the solutions available for each specific request and works with authorised and qualified operators for the type of service required.
Before proposing a solution, we consider the characteristics of the operation, the type of aircraft, the route, the airports or heliports involved and the requirements necessary to conduct the flight. Availability is then confirmed directly with the operator selected for the mission.
We work with operators subject to the regulations of the relevant aviation authorities, including ENAC for operations subject to Italian regulations. Operator selection takes into account their suitability for the specific mission and the operational conditions that apply.
Planning a private flight can involve several elements beyond the aircraft itself: airports, heliports, ground handling, crew, permits and other operational requirements. Our role is to coordinate these aspects with the operators involved so that the proposed solution is consistent with the client’s requirements.
We do not simply sell a seat on an aircraft: we assess and coordinate the aviation solution best suited to the mission.
Rigorous Quality Checks
The quality of a private flight also depends on the choice of aircraft and operator. For this reason, every solution is assessed in relation to the specific mission, taking into account the aircraft’s characteristics, the operator, the route and the relevant operational requirements. Aircraft capacity, passenger requirements, the airports or heliports involved and actual availability for the requested date are also considered before a solution is proposed.
Certified Operators
We work with authorised and qualified air operators for the type of operation requested, subject to the oversight of the relevant national and international aviation authorities. In Italy, operations are subject to the regulations and oversight of ENAC. The operator is selected according to the specific characteristics of the mission and the applicable operational conditions.
